Prediction Markets

Overview​

GRID's Prediction Markets let you trade on real-world outcomes in a simple, familiar way. Think "yes/no" questions like "Will X happen by Y date?" You buy or sell shares, and your position settles when the outcome is known.

Today, this experience is powered by Kalshi-style markets on Solana: no KYC, fully on-chain, and fast. Availability is still limited to regions where Kalshi operates and has a license.

How it works (no crypto knowledge needed)​

  • Browse events: See the most active markets, what’s moving, and what’s trending.
  • Place a trade: Choose yes/no and the amount you want to risk.
  • Track your position: See your open trades and profit/loss in one place.
  • Settle automatically: When the outcome is decided, the market resolves and your position settles.
  • Use the subheader to switch between discovery, live activity, trading, and your portfolio.
  • From discovery views, you can trade inline or open a full Trading view for charts and orderbook detail.

Troubleshooting​

  • Insufficient balance: Add USDC, then reopen the order ticket. Max uses your entire available balance.
  • Order not submitting: Check your connection and wallet status, then try again.

Safety and compliance​

If your region isn’t supported by Kalshi under its terms of service and licensing, you won’t be able to trade.
